Kelly's main practice area focuses on general tort litigation and construction law. She has coauthored articles for associations such as TIDA regarding tort reform and strict liability.

Kelly is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois as well as the states of Illinois and Indiana. She graduated from Thomas M. Cooley (J.D. 2008) and Michigan State University (BA 2005). A member of the Illinois Bar, Jessica is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She graduated from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law (J.D. 2003, cum laude) and Kansas State University (B.A. 1999, cum laude). She has been a member of the Chicago Bar Association since 2003.
