Defense Research Institute, (Steering Committee of the DRI Drug &
Medical Device Litigation Committee); Federation of Insurance &

Mr. Cremer’s current practice concentrates in the area of product
liability, with a special emphasis in drug and medical device litigation.
He also has broad experience in other facets of tort litigation including
construction litigation and professional liability matters as well as
representation of foreign nationals in U.S. litigation. His trial
experience includes the defense of catastrophic injuries as well as
complex class action litigation. He also serves as national counsel for a
variety of product manufacturers and other institutional clients.
In addition, Mr. Cremer has
extensive experience pursuing subrogation/recovery claims on behalf of
insurance carriers and self-insured clients around the country and
internationally in matters arising from construction defects, natural
disasters, explosions, fires, equipment defects and structural collapse.
