Ms. Ross’ work with the firm is concentrated in the area of general tort litigation and employment discrimination. She also now serves as the Editor in Chief of the IDC Quarterly.
In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Ross frequently provides seminars to clients in the area of employment law , including harassment and discrimination under Title VII (race, gender, sex, religion and national origin discrimination and harassment); Age Discrimination in Employment Act; Americans with Disabilities Act; and the Illinois Human Rights Act. She handles cases in the state and federal courts, as well as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Illinois Department of Human Rights, Cook County Commission on Human Rights, and numerous other local municipal agencies.
