Mr. Shaughnessy’s practice is concentrated in the area of tort litigation defense, including product liability, construction litigation, toxic torts, and wrongful death. Mr. Shaughnessy also specializes in uninsured and underinsured motorists coverage litigation. He also has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution including experience as an arbitrator and mediator.
