Education: The College of William & Mary in Virginia (B.A., 1997); Loyola University Chicago School of Law (J.D., 2003). Member: Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and American Bar Association.

Prior to joining Cremer, Kopon, Shaughnessy & Spina, LLC, Mr. Waguespack served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Morton Denlow, Presiding Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, and as a research staff attorney for the Appellate Court of Illinois, Second District. While attending Loyola, he was a legal writing tutor, a member of Loyola’s tax moot court team, and the Executive Editor of Publications for the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal.
