Born: Saginaw, Michigan, September 4, 1976; admitted to Illinois Bar and
U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois in 2001; Federal Trial
Bar in 2005; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in 2006; and
U.S. District Court, Northern District of Indiana in 2007. Education: Michigan State University
(B.A., Political Science/Pre-Law, 1998); DePaul University College of Law
(J.D., 2001). Member:
Illinois State Bar Association; Federal Bar Association.
Prior to joining Cremer, Kopon, Shaughnessy & Spina, LLC, Ms. Yarch
spent five years counseling clients and litigating employment law
matters. Ms. Yarch also has experience handling complex tort and
commercial litigation matters.
In addition to her vast experience litigating in both state and federal
court, Ms. Yarch has had the opportunity to argue a case before the Seventh
Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ms. Yarch is also a member of the American Cancer Society Associate Board
of Ambassadors, Illinois Division.
Ms. Yarch’s area of practice is in employment law and complex civil
litigation.
